Project Information
This project consisted of the new build of two 3 bedroom houses and redevelopment of an existing derelict cottage into an extended 3 bedroom home. Completed in December 2016.
The site was sympathetically developed with Evolve Architectural to turn what was previously a derelict house and wasteland into a development which lent itself to Hipswell village and improved the area as a whole.
